Required Qualifications:

1. Religious Requirement:
   • Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing.
2. Professional Experience:
   • Must be a Graduate Professional who has served at the rank of Deputy Director or above for at least two years.
   • Must have passed an interview for Headship conducted by the Ghana Education Service (GES).
   • Must have held one of the following positions in the GES:
     • Assistant Headmistress
     • Senior Housemistress
     • Head of Department
     • Dean of Discipline
     • Counsellor
3. Educational Qualification:
   • A Master’s degree in an Education-related program (considered an added advantage).
4. Additional Preferences:
   • Experience working in a Catholic Senior High School (SHS) (added advantage).
5. Age Limit:
   • Not above 57 years.
6. Interview Requirement:
   • Must pass an interview conducted by the Diocese.
